Job Description :

What you’ll do

  • Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the Hod Hasharon office and other Allot global facilities.
  • Lead and manage a facilities and administration team, ensuring effective collaboration.
  • Manage vendors and contractors.
  • Be responsible for the multi-million facility budget.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Develop operational policies and procedures (cellular, leasing, meals, etc.) and ensure they are implemented appropriately
  • Optimize space utilization and plan for future needs. Coordinate office moves, renovations, and refurbishments.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Implement sustainability initiatives and crisis management plans.
  • Ensure a high employee experience and high level of services.

Requirements :

What you should have

  • 5+ years of facilities management experience, preferably in a multinational company.
  • BA\BSc degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in high-tech or corporate environments.
  • Experience managing teams and multitasking skills.
  • Previous experience in managing renovations projects.
  • Excellent communication skills; fluency in English and Hebrew
  • Service oriented and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with facilities management software and tools.
