This is a remote position; however you may be required to be onsite at our Bangalore office on as-needed basis.

• Develop and enhance existing internal tools used by SRE teams.
• Work on APM tool integrations with McAfee custom frameworks, troubleshooting issues with APM tools, develop dashboards in APM, Grafana, setup and modify alerts to enable monitoring for our SRE team.
• Work to troubleshoot, prioritize issues to ensure timely resolution of issues within defined SLAs based on SOPs or working with cross functional teams.
• You will triage, catalogue and quantify issues and provide detailed summary of all high priority issues to stakeholders ensuring quality in data provided.
• You should have the ability to work independently on defined tasks and escalate in a timely manner when support/assistance is required.

• You should have 3 to 7 years of excellent programming skills in using Dotnet core or Golang or Node.js with AWS .
• Experience working with SQL DB such as MSSQL, MYSQL, PostgreSQL is desirable.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools e.g. Git, Accurevl. We use Git and Accurev.
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application with knowledge of software development best practices, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.
• You have experience in troubleshooting problems in real-time, interacting with customers and internal support representatives to deliver maximum customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
