This is a remote position; however you may be required to be onsite at our Bangalore office on as-needed basis.

About the role:

• Implement, test and ship cloud hosted microservices and API platforms at scale to support needs of McAfee suite of product platform and capabilities.
• Work with cross functional teams to integrate with other Cloud services including external third-party services.
• Debugging skills to troubleshoot complex problems in production environments.
• Develop Unit, functional test cases and meet performance SLA requirements and security requirements.
• Work with DevOps to build, deploy Cloud services.
• Actively participate in an Agile Scrum environment, contributing to the development of REST applications and services.

About You:

• Should have 5 to 8 years of individual contributor experience as a software engineer, proficient in developing microservices using Node.js and deploying them with EKS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Containers.
• You should have experience with AWS Cloud Infrastructure, large-scale relational and NoSQL database systems, and knowledge of design patterns for high-scale web applications and REST microservices.
• Should be proficient in Node.js, React, Kubernetes, and AWS is essential, with Golang and Postgres knowledge being highly preferable.
