Supervising Associate – Talent Enablement (Retained Ops)
You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR functions from hiring to retirement.
Your key responsibilities
- A thorough knowledge & understanding of HR policies & procedures, equal opportunity & employment legislation related to Talent Enablement
- Participate in or lead special projects to strategically develop, implement and administer HR impact
- Maintain up-to-date HR processes, procedures, and documentation, aligned with standard operating procedures and current local employment law and legislation.
- Should be fundamentally strong in all functions & concepts of HR including labour law and compliances
- Oversee HR budget and cost tracking, managing expense planning to ensure optimal use of financial resources.
- Supervise and oversee team activities and deliverables, including employment life-cycle support, process improvements, internal audit compliance, labor certificate management, and AFIP and medical coverage transactions.
- Review and monitor activities pertaining to Onboarding & Offboarding activities, labour compliance and other operational activities
- Manage change implementation by ensuring any process/policy changes are communicated to stakeholders as necessary
- Perform and audit key transactions including promotions, salary changes, mass uploads, or new functionalities testing into SuccessFactors. Raise issues and work closely with the technical support team.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Degree in HR would be preferred
- 6 + years of HR Generalist /Specialist experience
- Proficiency in Word/PowerPoint/Excel/Visio - working knowledge of MS office.
- Proficiency in English is required
- Knowledge of HR management systems is desirable (E.x SuccessFactors)
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Strong communication, subject matter expertise, relationship-building and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility
- Team handling and mentoring experience
