What you’ll do
Partner with senior leaders to implement business strategy and build organizational and leadership capability
Coordinate and ensure seamless end-to-end delivery of global HR priorities and life cycle processes
Act as a key advisor to senior managers with global populations on all HR related issues. Tailor and execute fully all aspects of the People Agenda.
Deliver HR services and build capabilities to drive organizational performance through individuals and managers as well as identify issues and recommend solutions
Coach seniors leaders on how to improve their individual leadership skills, focus on talent, differentiate performance and embrace diversity
Partner with leaders to interpret VOE/employee engagement metrics to inform the development and implementation of appropriate employee engagement strategy, initiatives and communications.
Partner with business managers to resolve Employee Relations (ER) issues, ensuring appropriate actions are taken and risks are assessed
Partner with Human Resource Advisors (HRAs) and Centers of Excellence (COEs) on HR priorities in respective client populations to ensure delivery and implementation of HR solutions
Coordinate and consult with country HR partners to deliver business activities
Coach and support the development of new or less experienced team members
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
What we’ll need from you
Working knowledge of HR functions
Working knowledge of applicable UK legislation
Experience in an HR Generalist/HR Business Partner role with the ability to partner with senior levels in the organisation
Experience of initiating and managing change programs including leading collective consultation and (preferably) TUPE consultation
Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate credibly with all levels in the organisation
Demonstrable problem solving skills and solutions focused
High tolerance for dealing with ambiguity and on-going change
Resilient under pressure and self-motivated in a fast paced and demanding environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Master’s degree preferred
