Minimum Qualifications
7+ years’ experience modeling/texturing Characters, Hard Surfaces & Props in Maya, 3DS Max, or Blender on a shipped, mobile, VR, PC, or console game.
Demo reel for the previous work done is preferred.
Solid understanding of sculpting and 3D modeling techniques for photo realistic meshes & materials.
Work independently while collaborating with multiple disciplines.
Self-motivated and able to estimate task length and deliver polished assets on time.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstratable experience within Unity or Unreal Engine.
Strong grasp of lighting for games, both static & dynamic real-time.
Ability to create performant content for varying hardware specs.
Willingness to learn modern modelling tools within Unreal Engine & PCG workflow.
Metahuman workflow knowledge for games is a huge plus.
Speedtree, Marvelous tools knowledge is appreciated.
Ability to debug and optimize occlusion, draw calls, LODs & materials.
Experience working with multi-zonal teams.
Preferably at least one shipped title on any gaming platform.
Education Requirements
Preferred: A BFA or BA degree in art, design graphics, or have received equivalent on-the-job experience
