In this role, you will be responsible for project operations and programs support including standardization, quality management, document management, methods creation and maintenance, process improvement and tools for the project management function. Accountable for the quality of your own work. Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Execute within a well-defined operations framework. There is generally a step by step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result.
Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the preparation of site installation drawings of medical equipment in Autodesk AutoCAD for multiple modalities. Drawings based on the technical requirements, workflow needs, local specifications and other provided documentation.
• Independent resolution of issues using established procedures. Consulting supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
• Communication with peers (other Designers and Modality Leaders) and customers (Project Managers of Installation) to ensure finding the right solution and resolving issues in a smooth and efficient way.
• Communication with customers from all EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) regions.
• Administration and review of all necessary data along daily drawing production.
• Continuous attendance at various trainings to ensure actualization of knowledge regarding the technicalities and process.

Required Qualifications

• Autodesk AutoCAD (or equivalent software) knowledge and experience - 2D.
• Fluent English language.
• Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
• Attention to detail.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to work in a team.

Desired Qualifications

• Additional language: Russian or Italian.
• Diploma in engineering.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to document and plan small projects.
• Good time management skills. Ability to work in short-deadline environment.
• Autodesk Vault knowledge.
