Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, you will be:

• Responsible for the preparation of site installation drawings for Diagnostic Medical equipment in Autodesk AutoCAD for multiple equipment families.

• onsulting senior team members for issues outside of definedinstructions/parameters.
• Communicating with peers (other Designers and senior team members) and customers (Project Managers of Installation) to ensure finding the right solution for equipment positioning and resolving issues in a smooth and efficient way.
• Providing service for customers from 100+ countries (Europe, Middle East, Africa).
• Part of a 20+ member Team.
• Participating in regular training opportunities (both compulsory and chosen).

Required skills:

• Autodesk AutoCAD (or equivalent software) knowledge and experience - 2D
• Fluent English language
• Ability to read architectural and structural drawings
• Attention to detail and administration
• Good communication skills
• Good problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Good time management skills
• Ability to work in short-deadline environment

Good to have:

• Customer service experience
• Additional language skills
• University diploma in any relevant field
