Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for go to Market indirect channel strategy for Industrial IoT products and services

  • Drive Indirect Channel KPIs (sales, revenue) through SOM, Design Partners, and partner channels

  • Identify and prioritize channel development by country and products

  • Foster strategic ecosystem partnerships, identify opportunities and structure new deals

  • Lead and optimize Indirect Channel Sales Strategy with Business Leaders, and Regional Sales

  • Define, and create incentives and growth initiatives in support of our channel objectives

  • Working with global product and market business Leaders in identifying and targeting, scouting key international, national and regional channel partners.

  • Provide inputs and guide marketing communications activities including trade shows, website, sales collateral and PR to promote Indirect channel partners and Industrial IoT products to generate sales leads

  • Monitor, analyze and report competitive indirect channel programs

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of B2B sales or business development work experience

  • ORAssociate's degree or equivalent degree and 10+ years of B2B sales or business development work experience

  • ORHigh school Diploma or equivalent and 12+ years of B2B sales or business development work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong technical and solution sales background

  • 5+ yrs of experience in Channel Development and Partnerships in IOT industry

  • Demonstrated strategic thinking including ability to analyze complex business problems, develop supporting analysis, and present in a clear and simple manner for an executive audience

  • Strong negotiation skills in dealing w/ internal and external stakeholders and partners

  • Strong written communication skills (esp. executive presentations)

  • Self-driven and motivated with strong persuasive skills

  • Bachelor's in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related STEM field

Pay range:

$185,500.00 - $278,500.00
