Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for go to Market indirect channel strategy for Industrial IoT products and services
Drive Indirect Channel KPIs (sales, revenue) through SOM, Design Partners, and partner channels
Identify and prioritize channel development by country and products
Foster strategic ecosystem partnerships, identify opportunities and structure new deals
Lead and optimize Indirect Channel Sales Strategy with Business Leaders, and Regional Sales
Define, and create incentives and growth initiatives in support of our channel objectives
Working with global product and market business Leaders in identifying and targeting, scouting key international, national and regional channel partners.
Provide inputs and guide marketing communications activities including trade shows, website, sales collateral and PR to promote Indirect channel partners and Industrial IoT products to generate sales leads
Monitor, analyze and report competitive indirect channel programs
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of B2B sales or business development work experience
ORAssociate's degree or equivalent degree and 10+ years of B2B sales or business development work experience
ORHigh school Diploma or equivalent and 12+ years of B2B sales or business development work experience
Preferred Qualifications
Strong technical and solution sales background
5+ yrs of experience in Channel Development and Partnerships in IOT industry
Demonstrated strategic thinking including ability to analyze complex business problems, develop supporting analysis, and present in a clear and simple manner for an executive audience
Strong negotiation skills in dealing w/ internal and external stakeholders and partners
Strong written communication skills (esp. executive presentations)
Self-driven and motivated with strong persuasive skills
Bachelor's in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related STEM field

Pay range:
$185,500.00 - $278,500.00
