As a Marketing Creative Design Manager in the Aumni team, you will lead the creative direction and execution of marketing materials that resonate with our target audience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and drive engagement through compelling visual storytelling. Your work will play a crucial role in enhancing Aumni's market position and supporting our mission to revolutionize the fintech industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative design strategies for marketing campaigns.
- Lead initiatives with in-house resources and third party vendors, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality output.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align design projects with business goals.
- Oversee the creation of digital and print materials, including advertisements, brochures, and social media content.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design projects and marketing channels.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of design assets.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
