As a Marketing Creative Design Manager in the Aumni team, you will lead the creative direction and execution of marketing materials that resonate with our target audience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and drive engagement through compelling visual storytelling. Your work will play a crucial role in enhancing Aumni's market position and supporting our mission to revolutionize the fintech industry.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative design strategies for marketing campaigns.
  • Lead initiatives with in-house resources and third party vendors, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality output.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align design projects with business goals.
  • Oversee the creation of digital and print materials, including advertisements, brochures, and social media content.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all design projects and marketing channels.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of design assets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques.
  • Conduct regular design reviews and implement improvements based on feedback.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed.
  • Present design concepts and strategies to senior leadership.
  • Foster a creative and collaborative team environment.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in creative design management.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Experience in digital marketing and social media design.
  • Knowledge of branding and visual storytelling.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience with multiple digital creative tools, video editing and animation software.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of digital marketing.
