Job Details
Key Responsibilities:- Program Development & Execution: Build and operationalize reskilling programs that support targeted workforce development needs, ensuring seamless implementation and continuous improvement in partnership with our Enablement and Talent, Growth, and Development teams.
- Process & Infrastructure Development: Establish scalable processes and frameworks for delivering reskilling initiatives efficiently across the organization.
- Alignment & Collaboration: Partner with enablement teams, Talent Management, and other stakeholders to integrate reskilling efforts with broader workforce development initiatives.
- Content Curation & Management: Oversee the identification, organization, and distribution of relevant skilling content, ensuring alignment with business needs and employee learning preferences.
- Delivery of Reskilling Strategy: Lead the execution of reskilling programs, ensuring effective deployment through digital learning platforms, instructor-led training, and other delivery mechanisms.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between the reskilling function and internal teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and best practices.
- Measurement & Optimization: Monitor program effectiveness using key metrics and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:- Experience: 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Enablement, or a related field, with a focus on program execution and process development.
- Project & Program Management: Strong track record of managing large-scale learning programs and initiatives with multiple team members.
- Process Orientation: Demonstrated ability to build and optimize learning and enablement processes for scalability and efficiency.
- Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally to align and integrate learning initiatives with broader workforce development strategies.
- Content Curation & Delivery: Familiarity with digital learning platforms, content management, and instructional design principles.
- Data-Driven Approach: Ability to measure impact, analyze insights, and iterate on programs based on feedback and business needs.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly convey complex ideas and engage team members at all levels of the organization.
This role is hybrid and goes into the office 3 days per week.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $155,400 to $213,800. For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $155,400 to $213,800. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
