Qualifications
Required
2-6+ years of technology related sales or business development experience, particularly cloud computing and management; experience working within a technical sales environment.
Ability to solve customer problems through cloud technologies and expertise in selling to senior business decision makers by aligning & reinforcing the value of the solution to the customer’s overall business pain and/or strategic opportunities and decision criteria.
Understanding of partner ecosystems and the ability to leverage partner solutions to solve customer needs
Exhibits outstanding operational excellence - including monthly/quarterly forecasting, building healthy pipeline, CRM entry and hygiene, opportunity management and virtual team orchestration
Language fluency in Japanese
Preferred
Language fluency in English
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required 4-year degree preferred. Additional training in sales, business or marketing preferred.
Responsibilities
Key areas of responsibility:
Manage adealteam to develop and execute sales strategies for Copilot+ M365 Coresolutions within assigned territories.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Understand customer business needs and objectives to align Copilot solutions accordingly.
Act as a liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions.
Provide feedback to the product team regarding customer needs and potential enhancements.
Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensuredealteam members are on board.
Achieve and exceed annual sales targets.
Creates and leads the largest transformational Copilot deals with the world’s most innovative and market-leading customers
Creates and maintains an industry-focused vision with business and technology solution scenarios and services that helps large-scale enterprise customers achieve industry-relevant business outcomes, achieve their long-term corporate vision, and maximize commercial success
From a Copilot perspective, enables and leads strategic discussions with board-level/senior executive both with the customer and internally to design the end state
Leads complex transformational opportunities to turn them into commercial agreements that deliver on customer objectives. Ensures a strong connection into delivery and success, post-sales, to help customers realize desired business value at scale
