JOB DESCRIPTION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain relationships with analysts, institutional investors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and review investor presentations, earnings releases, and other investor communications.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and investor sentiment to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Coordinate and facilitate investor events, including earnings calls, investor conferences, and roadshows.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including SEC filings and disclosure obligations.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and communications, to align investor relations activities with overall business objectives.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in progressive finance roles
  • Proven experience in investor relations, capital markets, financial analysis, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, accounting ethics, and SEC regulations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; an MBA or other advanced degree helpful.
  • Relevant certifications such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) are highly valued.
