Build and maintain relationships with analysts, institutional investors, and other key stakeholders.
Prepare and review investor presentations, earnings releases, and other investor communications.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and investor sentiment to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
Coordinate and facilitate investor events, including earnings calls, investor conferences, and roadshows.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including SEC filings and disclosure obligations.
Work with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and communications, to align investor relations activities with overall business objectives.
YOU MUST HAVE
A minimum of 5 years of experience in progressive finance roles
Proven experience in investor relations, capital markets, financial analysis, or related roles.
Strong understanding of financial markets, accounting ethics, and SEC regulations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to both internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
WE VALUE
