Your Impact

  • Manage all pre-sales and post-sales financing activities including:
    • Coordinate documentation process with sales, legal, and the customer
    • Assist sales with deal structuring and pricing
    • Secure all required credit, pricing, and non-standard terms and condition approvals
    • Coordinate with accounting and accounts payable to ensure timely funding of new PANFS financings
    • Work with other cross-functional teams to ensure timely processing of deals, managing quarter-end and year-end deadlines
  • Working with accounting, sales operations, order management, IT and other teams to ensure the financing program is aligned/integrated into the company’s overall booking/order process
  • Manage the day-to-day leasing and financing system Solifi
  • Manage complete set of management reports
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, legal and regulatory requirements

Your Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting; MBA or other certifications are a plus
  • 8+ years’ experience of leasing and financing experience
  • Previous experience with Solifi or other leasing and financing systems, SFDC, and/or SAP
  • Excellent communication skills; able to build relationships at all levels
  • Collaborative and highly professional demeanor.
  • Exceptional organization, prioritization, multi-tasking and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications as well as certain Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to solve problems and think quickly under pressure.
  • Work effectively as a team player in a collaborative environment as well with peers and members of the greater organization.
  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Must be in SF bay area to be onsite at HQ

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $117000 - $188000YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found .
