What you’ll achieve
Work with Dell leadership to realize strategic objectives with suppliers critical to Dell’s business
Collect and turn the synthesized supplier feedback and industry intelligence into new business proposal to support Dell strategic priorities with supply chain partners
Manage critical supplier relationship via regular meetings. Create and identify new industry networks
Develop senior, cross-functional relationships and act as a program manager to priority initiatives and activities including supply chain decarbonization collaboration, supply chain resiliency initiatives and strategic response development for major market trend
Produce communications and presentations as a deliverable to strategy projects. Support leadership to prepare collaterals for key supplier executive meetings, including content preparation, meeting management, supplier research etc.
Requirements:
Master degree in Business Administration, Management or related field of study, plus more than five years of experience. Or, equivalent experience as a strategist, analyst, consultant or equivalent at a top tier management consulting firm or in-house strategy team
Excellent project management skills. Able to connect dots, have a strong sense of priority, methodical and logical thoughts process
Demonstrate prior success in building relationships, influencing, relating and speaking to all the different stakeholders involved
PowerPoint and Excel skills; proficiency using market research databases and industry reports; using network for intelligence.
Proficiency in both written executive summary and verbal presentation in English and in Mandarin. Ability to work effectively across time zones
Desirable Requirements
Prior experience of managing customers/suppliers in the technology or semiconductor sector
Prior experience in Energy industry or as a consultant in related field
