As a Loan Servicing Analyst in the Commercial Agency/Off-Balance Sheet Servicing team, you will support the expansion and scale of our offerings. You will collaborate with business leaders, GSE stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence through continuous improvement and automation.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• 4 years of experience in loan servicing or related field.
• Strong collaboration skills with business leaders and stakeholders.
• Experience in driving operational excellence and process improvement.
• Knowledge of GSE and CMBS offerings.
• Ability to work in a diverse and inclusive environment.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Experience with automation in loan servicing processes.
