As a Software Engineer III, you'll work independently and partner with engineers, including offshore associates, for assigned engineering projects including new products, features, and proof-of-concepts for building Next Generation products.
What You'll Do:
Develop, maintain, and expand a set of custom-developed applications
Develop front and back-end components connected to a number of systems in critical supply chain domain and compliance functions
Rapidly deliver both lightweight back-end services and front-end public-facing web stack
Diagnose and troubleshoot production application issues
Promote and drive innovation in technologies, processes, and tools
Work with Product Owners and Scrum Teams in requirements decomposition, backlog refinement, and breakdown of user stories and tasks
Interaction with stakeholders in support of the Product Owner
Use unit, integration & automation testing to ensure systems are adhering to engineering standards
What You'll Bring:
Proficiency in .NET, C#, Java with experience in functional programming, object-oriented design, and event-driven architectures
Desired Technology Stack: .NET, C#, Java, Azure, ReactJS, Kafka
Good understanding of databases
Familiarity with cloud-based deployment strategies, alongside hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Experience designing, developing and enhancing applications
Being hands-on in analyzing, coding, and recommending solutions to the stakeholders on how to best leverage the platform
Ops support for the own developed product
A customer-focused mindset with a strong emphasis on providing support and empathy to suppliers throughout the compliance process and lifecycle of goods transmission
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
Previous operational support experience
Previous data analytics experience
