Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 6+ yearsexperience in privacy, data protection, or compliance, with a focus on advertising technology or marketingOR equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting or scaling privacy programs in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Experience with global privacy regulations and industry frameworks.
- Experience working with business stakeholders to identify creative solutions to complex problems, with the goal of driving business growth in a privacy compliant way.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) Degree AND 7+ years experience inprivacy, data protection, or compliance, with a focus on advertising technology or marketing,or related field AND 8+ yearsexperience in privacy, data protection, orcompliance, with a focus on advertising technology or marketingOR Bachelor's Degree in Science, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 12+ yearsexperience in privacy, data protection, or compliance, with a focus on advertising technology or marketingOR equivalent experience.
- Relevant Privacy Certification from International Association of Privacy Professionals [IAPP].
- Experience working with or within ad tech platforms, publishers, or agencies.
- Experience in thedigital advertising ecosystem, including first-party and third-party data flows, real-time bidding (RTB), and identity frameworks.
