As a Data Operations Analyst in Limits Team, you conduct baseline analysis to uncover patterns leading to new questions and solutions through data collection, integrity, utilization, requirements, and analysis. You utilize your technical skills to support the design and development of metrics reporting and dashboards to enable Operations Management to execute on their strategic objectives with compliance and conformance to all controls, policies, and procedures at the forefront.

Job responsibilities:

• Set up limits for Futures, Options, Currencies, Precious Metals and Over-The-Counter
• Onboard users and traders under the exchanges
• Set up trading accounts under the different exchanges
• Provide ongoing maintenance of systems and limit monitoring on internal and external platforms
• Create new trading set ups for new or existing relationships between clients and executive brokers
• Research, gather, and prepare information for analysis and reporting
• Analyze data to identify problems and support developed solutions
• Work on one or many Intelligent Automation tools (Alteryx, UiPath, Tableau)
• Contribute to or support projects, initiatives, and share best practices and learnings
• Understand the sense of urgency of each task in order to prioritize the requests the best way possible

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced English level, both oral and written
• 1+ years of experience delivering data-driven problem solving or equivalent experience
• Ability to work under pressure and tight schedules when needed
• Proactivity and willingness to learn and grow professionally
• Intermediate Microsoft Office suite experience
• Availability to work from 11am to 8pm
• Proven ability to gather and analyze complex data and to develop accurate conclusions
• Knowledge of at least one data technology tool and concept of relational database systems
