We are looking for a Business Transformation Solutions Engineer (BTSE) with Enterprise Networking, Data Center, Collaboration, Security, Automation, and Cloud background. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in co-creating end-to-end solutions that address complex business challenges while aligning with our client's strategic goals.

• Design and architect comprehensive solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure our clients realize the value of solutions, from concept to deployment.
• Serve as a technical expert and advisor for both internal stakeholders and external clients, providing guidance on best practices and industry trends.
• Advocate for an inclusive approach to solution development, ensuring that different perspectives are considered, and solutions requirements are met.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.
• Collaborate closely with Account Manager on account planning activities.
• You'll plan sales strategy, develop proposals, deliver customer presentations and demonstrations to close business and generate revenue.

• 10+ years of computing industry related experience.
• Cisco product experience or relevant experience in key competitor offerings in technology area of emphasis required.
• Minimum CCNP, CCDP, VCP or similar vendor certification required.
• Knowledge of Cisco's Solutions, networking fundamentals required.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities.
