We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Footwear Creation Manager. In this role you will be responsible for demand forecasting, consolidating demand signals, analyzing and translating findings into risks and opportunities. Identifying opportunities across the supply chain and driving initiatives to improve our global demand supply match.
The candidate should enjoy a healthy mix between product and numbers, collaborating with a wide range of internal stakeholders and solving challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Ensures maintenance of product information systems. Maintaining updated data repository and report seasonal metrics like margin analysis, Gender, Source, Category, division etc
Seasonal maintenance of orderbook, cluster line list to be reported to various stakeholders in the organization
Support in season sample management, system article readiness
Lead the Marketing operations team in systems related Brand projects, planning timelines for system & tools related tasks
Drive operational alignment across all marketing systems & tools
Ensure consistent execution of all standard planning processes in multiple operations centers
Drive initiatives and cross functional alignment on planning direction in the respective Operations Centers and Supplier base
Drive allocation decisions within the respective Operation Centers in ensuring that planning directions and priorities are executed to best satisfy customer demands while taking into consideration all possible manufacturing constraints
Monitor and communicate factors likely to impact delivery performance and drive improvement actions plans.
Manage stakeholders in implementing planning process improvement and ensuring that production priorities are executed.
Verify and cross audit suppliers in the respective Operation Centers in regard to capacity reliability, order confirmation accuracy, product transfer execution, and overall planning reliability. Drive the on-time approval of additional mold request.
Drive a customer focused mentality mindset across the respective Operation Centers in improving overall satisfaction level of the sales organizations.
Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results
Regular reporting to Senior management of the demand plan and KPIs. Interact with sales, marketing, and finance to understand demand forecast drivers
Provide input to the Supply Planning in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Success experience in manufacturing environment with good knowledge of the Sporting Goods industry
Strong influencing, people, presentation and communication skills
Proven ability in working as a part of multidimensional teams
Strong Microsoft office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Smartsheet)
Fluent in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken)
Requisite Education and Experience
University degree in Business/Data management or a minimum of 3-5 years equivalent professional experience, ideally in data analytic & management
Advanced excel & powerpoint, SAP, Power BI, Microstrategy & ability to adapt & learn master internal IT analysis
Structured, organised and process orientated way of working.
