Responsibilities
  • CRM & Service Platform Management :

Lead technical execution, integrate CRM with AI tools, ensure data integrity, and optimize workflows (ticketing, routing, escalation).

  • System Maintenance & Adaptation :

Ensure platform stability and scalability, adapt to evolving business needs, and proactively resolve issues.

  • Integrations & Development :

Develop and maintain API integrations with internal and external systems for smooth data flow, KPI tracking, and enhanced agent experience.

  • AI & Productivity Tools :

Support chatbot automation, self-service tools, and internal applications to boost efficiency.

  • Collaboration & Optimization :
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in system integration, API development, or CRM implementation .
  • Proven experience with CRM and service management platforms (e.g., Kustomer, Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot, Freshdesk).
  • Expertise in RESTful APIs, webhooks, and middleware integration .
  • Strong background in data migration, workflow automation, and system architecture .
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, React and Node.js, or similar).
  • Experience working with service fulfillment models , including subscription-based services and automated claim/complete processes.
  • Familiarity with authentication protocols (e.g. JWT) and security best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex systems.
  • Excellent cross-team collaboration and communication skills, with experience working alongside engineering, support, and product teams .
