In this role, you will be required to: Complete ad hoc analysis as requested by leadership.Lead project management and process improvement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years experience in either contact center, digital retail, or physical retail industry
- Proficiency with Excel, Keynote, and Tableau
- Demonstrates Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities
Preferred Qualifications
- Exceptional analytical skills and financial modeling capabilities with a proven ability to analyze complex datasets.
- Excellent communicator across all levels of an organization, in both written and verbal formats
- Experience with contact center data analytics and reporting
- SQL experience
- Experience in technical writing and contract scope development
- Ability to work with high level of ambiguity
- Experience working in a highly cross-functional environment
- Demonstrates adaptability and creativity in their approach to solving problems.
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently, formulate sound business decisions, and have strong prioritization and follow-up skills
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
