Hands on technology development in support of collaboration activities in line with business priorities.
Working with BU Marketing and clinical partners to develop funnel of clinical applications with a focus on Radiation Oncology.
Drive thought leadership through clinical trends analysis, literature research and conference participation, etc.
Identify and connect new customer needs, solutions, and technologies to initiate new methods (or disruptive enabling technologies) of diagnosis, treatment and/or care within the domain of CT (with a focus on Radiation Oncology)
Initiate and drive co-creation and discovery in line with overall strategy and roadmap, including:
co-creation and early ideation
shaping funnel of ideas and research projects with research partners
clinical research collaboration
creating and evaluating clinical prototypes
contributing to shaping of overall innovation roadmaps via insights
Create value and impact by delivering meaningful innovations, IP, and transfers to the business that contribute to Philips growth
Drive technology maturation, clinical evaluations, readiness for product introduction
You're the right fit if:
Masters/Ph.D. in Bio-Medical engineering / Life Science / Physics.
At least 3-5 years’ experience in the Medical Device industry, preferably Imaging Systems
Strong abstraction, analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred clinical expertise in Radiology and Radiation oncology
Working with multisite teams, quality conscious and process oriented
Project management and leadership skills to enable driving collaboration activities to successful transfer
