About the Job

New businesses Support:The candidate would work with cross-functional leaders to perform safety and risk assessment of a new business launch. Engage with global leads to document standards and policies for safety, identity, risk, and payments (SIRP) support.

• Engage with regional SIRP leads to identify business-specific use cases and support requirements. Manage program rollout trackers and perform data visibility efforts to surface incident data.

Program/project management:Be a multi-tasker, supporting projects across programs and initiatives.

• Scoping, requirement gathering, documentation and reporting (capture project requests and ensure each of the requests has relevant information)

  Maintain/ update the status of projects that are underway/ pending review

  Implement/prioritize and scope models for better assessment of the project

Problem Solving:Have a knack for solving problems and dealing with issues in a structured and calm way

Engage with stakeholders globally, work closely with them to ensure there aren’t any misses/escalations in safety LOBs

Basic qualifications

• 2+ years of professional operations management/general management/ support experience (and or recent college grad with Bachelors degree)
• Ability to work with remote teams and across time zones to develop strategies and foster a cohesive and creative work environment
• Exceptional problem-solving skills
• Experience in Gsuite / MS Office Suite (or relatable programs)
• Experience in working cross functionally with stakeholders
• Ability to self-serve, investigate and retrieve data we require to help influence on business decisions

Preferred qualifications

• Hands-on experience in following global safety standards and documentation standards as team dot building

• Bachelors degree obtained

• Ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the key takeaways, and disseminate actionable insights
• Strong project management skills, ability to prioritize tasks
• Has proven ability to be organized and detailed in the completion of tasks
• Ability to influence and motivate people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Demonstrated analytical success and the capacity for developing / understanding strategy
• Has been a POC for leadership when it comes to reporting and/or creation of decks to represent projects
• Hands-on experience executing an initiative from start to finish. Achieves project goals while managing scope, time, quality, and risk. Learns from failures as well as successes.
• Ability to work with remote teams and across time zones to develop strategies and foster a cohesive and creative work environment
• Excellent organizational skills to juggle many tasks without losing sight of the highest priority items
• Ability to understand complex concepts and work across multiple functions and teams. Demonstrate initiative, persistence, ability to problem solve, and enthusiasm for learning new skills. Offer creative thinking and solutions

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base hourly rate amount for this role is USD$30.75 per hour.
