Responsibilities
Drive the creation, coordination, and communication readiness for executive reviews internally & executive communications externally.
Manage event planning for external events e.g. CES, Amplify, customer visits and internal events e.g. WAM, staff workshops, AEMs
Coordinate key strategic initiatives such as Home Product & Portfolio long-term business planning (LTP), market research planning, budget planning and VIA driving cross-functional team alignment, prioritization, and execution
Partner across the Home division, owning the Home Business Management Team (BMT) Agenda and own responsibility for the BMT forum ensuring critical and timely Home business alignment, follow up delivery and results• Define, drive, implement processes and metrics required to measure organizational performance and operational efficiency holding team accountable for timely delivery at executive level
Collaborate with stakeholders, recommends approaches for executing high-level strategies and develops creative solutions.
Builds network across HP for best practices and continuous improvement
Education & Experience Recommended
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in strategy, planning, product management or a related field.
