What you'll do...

  • Leadership & Management: Provide strategic leadership for the Microsoft 365 suite, focusing on Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Zoom. Oversee the software and system engineering teams to ensure robust, scalable solutions.
  • Global Operations: Manage an on-prem Exchange environment and support productivity and collaboration needs across various international markets, adapting solutions to meet local requirements and regulations.
  • Strategic Communication: Regularly communicate with senior leadership to present and align strategic initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships across all organizational levels to support and advocate for the platform's vision.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage customer, product, and associate data to inform strategy and product decisions, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
  • Change Management: Lead the transition from legacy systems to modern collaboration tools, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum adoption. Implement change management strategies that facilitate a smooth transition and high engagement.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Director of Associate Productivity & Collaboration and other major product lines, including Enterprise Content Solutions and Digital Media Solutions, to deliver integrated services to our associates globally.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in leadership roles focused on productivity and collaboration platforms, with specific expertise in Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Zoom. Experience managing complex systems, including on-prem Exchange environments, is essential.
  • Global Expertise: Proven experience supporting global operations, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in international markets.
  • Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large, diverse teams and projects. Exceptional communication skills, with experience engaging with C-suite executives. Experience in Fortune 100 companies or similar large-scale organizations is highly preferred.
  • Technical & Analytical Skills: Advanced technical knowledge of productivity and collaboration tools, coupled with strong analytical skills to leverage data for strategic decisions.
  • Change Management: Demonstrated expertise in leading large-scale organizational changes, particularly in digital transformation and technology adoption.
