What you'll do...

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Defining vision and strategies for your product family, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and approving objectives

  • Developing and enhancing products (end to end ownership) – you will manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks.

  • Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership.

  • Providing overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs

  • Building a team environment by selecting, training, and mentoring a team of Product Managers

Responsibilities

  • Directs product initiatives by ensuring critical business issues, country needs, and core product strategies are addressed in product decisions; driving resource allocation decisions; and setting the standard for Product Manager deliverables.

  • Ensures the delivery of the product area portfolio by overseeing the development of product specifications, product road maps, and other product management deliverables, and managing and communicating trade-off decisions to product management leadership.

  • Leads the formulation of product vision and strategy for a single product area by researching and recommending new products, tools, and applications; supporting Product Managers to uncover latent customer needs, competitive threats, and emerging trends through research; balancing scope of development projects to make the most efficient use of resources; and ensuring that Product Managers use accurate and robust financial modeling and scenario analysis for major initiatives.

  • Provides overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs; measuring outcomes to ensure desired results; identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; promoting a customer environment; and demonstrating adaptability and sponsoring continuous learning.

  • Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce by diagnosing capability gaps; recruiting, selecting, and developing talent; supporting mentorship, workforce development, and succession planning; and leveraging the capabilities of new and existing talent.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree + 10 Years’ Experience or Master’s Degree + 8 Years’ Experience.

  • Must be able and willing to think and act strategically and tactically.

  • Supply chain systems experience with demonstrated technical solutions delivered.

  • Prior experience on any supply chain planning tool, or similar analytical products is preferred.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock Minimum Qualifications...
