As a Principal UX Designer, you will set the vision for the design systems and best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional, cross-organizational stakeholders to deliver design concepts, build rapid prototypes, provide consultation expertise for other designers who leverage the design systems. You will work on scalable solutions that balance business goals, technology considerations, and user needs, ensuring consistency, innovation, and quality across every touch point. You will also be responsible for driving the design direction for key programs and lead high-impact projects, ensuring that software builders have the tools, design systems, and guidance they need to work quickly with confidence.Key job responsibilities- Prototyping and Experimentation: Experiment and prototype rapidly in a fast-paced environment to validate design concepts.

- 10+ years of design experience
- Have an available online portfolio
- Experience with best practices for User Interface Design, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design
- Experience in life cycle design projects from design strategy through execution

- Experience providing and effectively communicating strategic and tactical recommendations based on data
- Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Axure, Keynote, and InVision
