Key Responsibilities

• Guide Champions in project selection and scope, assuring linkage between projects and business and customer priorities.
• Conduct a current-state assessment of business processes and identification of improvement opportunities. Based on this assessment, design, implement, and manage process improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Six Sigmamethodologies.
• Facilitate groups through process mapping, root cause analysis, brainstorming, business impact assessments, gap analysis, and project planning.
• Understand data trends and drive quantified results by designing and deploying analytical systems andprocesses.
• Develop rigorous control plans, communications, risk assessments and maintenance ofdocumentation.
• Employ project/program management skills related to overall project tracking, deliverables management, action item tracking, meeting minutes, team communications, and presentations. Keep stakeholders apprised of project status and defined deliverables.
• Champion change management across all levels of the organization and prioritize areas of improvement.

Functional Knowledge

• Direct experience with demonstrated success and financial results leading lean and six sigma programs
• Technical mastery of Six Sigma tools and methodologies including DMAIC and Lean
• Effective change agent, able to implement strategic initiatives inan organization.
• Must possess effective project management skills and ability to influence at all levels ofan organization.
• Knowledge of Trade compliance processes or related experience preferred
• Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP applications
• Familiar with long- and short-range supply chain forecasting
• Experience in working Field Service and Customer facing roles driving LSS Programs

Business Expertise

• Utilize benchmarking to identify best practices, both internal and external to the organization.
• Aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.
• Comfortable presenting findings and recommendations to key executives.
• Semiconductor industry experience preferred.

Ability to lead and influence others within a matrix organization.

Lead strategic projects while managing risk and resource requirements.

Ability to effectively coach and mentor Champions, Process Owners and Black Belts.
