Your key responsibilities
- You’ll support client engagements across both private and public sectors, focusing on change management, project delivery, and business readiness.
- You’ll be involved in transformation programmes including technology and organisation design initiatives.
- You’ll manage stakeholder engagement, communications, and implementation activities.
- You’ll also contribute to project planning and delivery, working closely with management to ensure successful outcomes.

- You’re passionate about change and innovation, and you bring experience using change tools and methodologies.
- You’re confident, credible, and able to influence stakeholders. You take a practical approach to problem-solving and deliver sustainable solutions.
- You’re focused on achieving project goals and adept at overcoming challenges.
- You’ve worked across the full project lifecycle and can structure and manage programmes that meet client expectations.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- A relevant degree and professional experience, ideally on major transformation programmes.
- You understand change and transformation projects and have experience delivering change initiatives.
- You’re quick to grasp complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
