Responsibilities:
This year we have enhanced our EWI/DLI governance practices, process and structure. To that end, we have developed a need for a EWI/DLI Program Manager who will own the oversight, governance and process for the EWI and DLI Program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develop, coordinate, and enhance processes, tools, templates, and job aides to support governance, reporting and analytical needs for our most complex projects.
Own and Deliver onboarding for new Enterprise Wide Initiatives (EWI) and Division Level Initiatives (DLI) owners and Project Managers.
Enhance/Develop the DLI assessment program, the Close Out Memo process and the upfront decision making.
Develop, contribute, edit, and/or deliver presentations that aid in the design, development, refinement, and usage of insights for proactive Change Management.
Ability to set strategic direction, manage expectations and lead cross-functional teams.
Drive centralized management of the EWI/DLI Program across the division in coordination with and in support of key internal stakeholders, Risk areas and first and second lines of defense.
Collaborate effectively across multiple levels and organizations (e.g., operations, risk management, enterprise management, etc.) to achieve objectives and support the organization in delivering on top priorities in a timely and efficient manner.

Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 4 years of Risk Management experience
At least 4 years of Project Management experience
At least 4 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal business clients
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree
5+ years of Project Management experience leading cross functional projects and programs in Risk
5+ years of Financial Services risk management experience
3+ years of experience in reporting and analyzing data
1+ years of people management experience
Certified Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) or Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM)
Lean, Agile, Six Sigma or Business Process Management
PMP Certification or Masters Certificate of Project Management (CPM)
