Description
Responsibilities include:- Ensure the success of training through analysis, reporting, and feedback- Utilize learning management systems for registrations, administration, delivery, and evaluation of training- Prepare training facilities, including rooms and virtual environments with equipment and supplies- Domestic and international travel to facilitate in-person learning initiatives - Lead learning and development projects, including developing project scope, objectives, and project plans while involving all relevant partners to ensure accurate timelines and flawless execution
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of facilitation experience involving adult learners, including expertise in applying adult learning principles across various training modalities such as classroom-based, self-guided, hybrid and/or virtual training
- Experience managing projects in a training or educational setting such as growth and development, learning management systems and change management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience facilitating to leaders and senior leaders
- Extensive cross functional experience working in an e-commerce environment
- Customer focused, detail oriented individual with ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to a specific audience
- Adaptive to changing technologies, process, and environments
- Proficiency with Apple operating and software systems, such as MacOS, iOS, iPadOS, Keynote and Pages
