Description of Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Experience overseeing multiple development/deployment efforts at the same time.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience creating design/architecture artifacts and briefing them to leadership.
• Experience overseeing, tracking, and reporting Agile/Scrum activities and deliverables from planning through deployment and support.
• Experience with Git or Jira tracking processes.
• Reviewing, Validating, and Reporting of Application Upgrades and Implementation Identification of new functionality and/or hardware requirements.
• Ability to create and direct execution of test plans and schedules.
• Ability to create and review both internal and user-facing documentation.
• Work to be performed in Laurel, MD.

Required Qualifications:A Master’s Degree in a Computer Science or Math related field and six (6) years experience with software development. AnAssociate’s Degreewith ten (10) additional years; or a Bachelor’s Degree with eight (8) additional years of experience may be substituted for the Master’s Degree.

Certifications:Compliance withDoD 8570.01-M with a minimum certification of IAM Level II (CASP, CISSP, CAP)
