Your Responsibilities:

  • Establish and align FP&A strategic priorities with PayPal’s finance transformation goals.
  • Drive key business initiatives, including planning, budgeting, prioritization, and execution.
  • Design and execute comprehensive transformation strategies and roadmaps.
  • Develop actionable implementation plans addressing finance strategy in processes, technology, and talent, while managing dependencies.
  • Lead FP&A transformation efforts, including mapping current and future processes and ensuring cohesive integration across finance functions.
  • Build business cases for FP&A process improvements and technology solutions, applying a prioritization framework and allocating budgets accordingly.
  • Identify areas for improvement, research industry best practices, and recommend actionable process changes and solutions.
  • Leverage data insights to evaluate system capabilities and present complex information in a clear, concise manner.
  • Navigate a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities with a focus on impactful outcomes.

What You Bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • 10+ years of experience in finance transformation roles.
  • Expertise in global, matrixed organizations and large-scale transformation projects.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, structured thinking, and risk resolution.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with globally dispersed teams.
  • Agile mindset, transitioning effortlessly between finance and technology-focused discussions.
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach with a drive to learn and adapt to new processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver high-quality presentations to all management levels.
