Ever-increasing regulations require tax departments to gather, organize and analyse more data than ever before. Often the data necessary to satisfy these ever-increasing and complex regulations must be collected from a variety of systems and departments throughout an organization. Effectively and efficiently handling the variety and volume of data is often extremely challenging and time consuming for a company.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, development, testing and deployment of RPA solutions using BluePrismMust have strong exposure to VBA (Advanced VBA, Advanced Macros), User Interface development on both MS Access forms and on Excel.
• Must have experience in developing user heavy screens with complex reporting requirements such as drill down graphs, dashboards etc.
• Nice to have: application development experience in any one framework (.NET or Java/J2EE)
• An understanding on Software development lifecyle (SDLC) and development methodologies (Waterfall/ Agile)
• An understanding of general system administration in Windows and Unix/Linux environments and DB admin
• Design, development, testing and deployment of Power BI Dashboards
• Structure ambiguous business problems and recommend visualization solutions
• Leverage advanced Power BI functionality to create analytical dashboards
• Develop a strong understanding of business requirements to automate process using macros and build dashboards
• Data analysis, anomaly detection and information extraction
• To be an SME on VBA and Power BI to the local team and the business
• Responsible for effectively communicating with other team members and clients on project related information
• Responsible for mentoring team members and counselling them

Qualification & Experience Required

• An overall experience of 4+ years of hands-on work experience with VBA Macros in Excel
• Experience with SQL, with demonstrated ability to derive insights through efficient SQL queries
• 2 – 3 years of hands-on experience working with VBA Macros
• 2 – 3 years of hands-on experience in developing Visualization reports and dashboards
• Exposure to other Microsoft Power Automate is greatly appreciated
• Exposure to AI tools, including prompting and Microsoft GenAI tools, is greatly appreciated
• Strong verbal and written communications in English
• Knowledge of French language is a great plus
