YOUR FUTURE ROLE


The ISBN Technology Consultant (f/m/d) is accountable for driving initiatives with the SAP Cloud Solutions to automate their buying processes and drive collaborative commerce with their vendors. The Consultant's responsibilities include the implementation of the SAP Procurement Solution to the customer’s business applications, in the majority of cases SAP ERP.

  • Consult customers on e-commerce cloud procurement solutions which include SAP ERP and SAP Ariba.
  • Drive customer’s Procurement Technology stream to achieve successful and on-time deployment
  • Advise customers on creative and flexible solutions to speed deployment and ultimately Technology to drive their business
  • Facilitate customer Technology sessions to identify and document customer requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across different programs liaising with key functional areas
  • Responsible for collaborating with multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Coordinate and manage testing process with customers from engagement to deployment
  • Knowledge of the extensibility framework for SAP S4Hana.
  • Handling escalations, and providing consulting support for ad-hoc requests.


YOUR PROFILE

  • University education
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Consulting, preferably SAP Development or Consulting
  • Ability to work in a multi-functional team environment and influence others that impact success
  • Experience in conducting workshops for project-related work with customers, leadership, and team members.
  • Experience with SAP ERP or S/4 HANA, SAP Ariba, and the Business technology platform (BTP).
  • Understanding of basic procurement processes
  • Experience in SAP Procurement products and solutions
  • Ability of strategic thinking as well as conceptual design of complex projects & programs
  • Experience in customer interaction and good presentation skills as well as in leading virtual teams cross-border
  • Communication skills in English is a must and German is preferable
  • Experience in decision-making within own area of responsibility/project
  • Job needs 20-30% travel to EMEA locations.
