RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and develop complex requirements to accomplish business goals.

  • Ensure that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.

  • Ensure solutions are well designed with maintainability/ease of integration and that testing is built in from the outset.

  • Utilize strong proficiency in development and testing practices common to the industry as well as extensive experience in using design and architectural patterns.

  • Contribute to story refinement and define requirements.

  • Build Web applications using Angular, NodeJS, Typescript, Rest API, and Responsive web design.

  • Utilize GIT for distributed version control system that tracks changes during software development.

  • Perform requirement analysis and defect management using JIRA, and HP Quality center, Gulp to automate & enhance workflow, Grunt to create task runner for repetitive tasks like minification, compilation, unit testing, linting, etc., and npm for managing packages for NodeJS.

  • Utilize Web Accessibility implementations using front end technologies-JAWS (Job Access with Speech).

  • Create web components using jQuery, Angular, HTML5 and CSS3.

  • Develop frontend code and design to work on waterfall and Agile projects and work with cross functional teams to integrate the code with application.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering (any), Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related; and

  • 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.

  • Must include 5 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Building Web applications using Angular, NodeJS, Typescript, Rest API, and Responsive web design;

  • Utilizing GIT for distributed version control system that tracks changes during software development;
