Responsibilities:

• Design and develop complex requirements to accomplish business goals.

• Ensure that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.

• Ensure solutions are well designed with maintainability/ease of integration and that testing is built in from the outset.

• Contribute to story refinement and define requirements.

• Participate in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle.

• Perform spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas.

• Design, automate, and maintain large scale, enterprise-wide web applications using Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot.

• Develop and consume web services including different technologies and standards including SOAP and REST.

• Design and implement application software using Eclipse and build tools including Maven and Ant.

• Work knowledge on database SQL and Oracle.

• Design test-driven automation frameworks using middleware technologies SOAPUI.

• Engineer and design continuous integration, continuous deployment, GIT source control, Jenkins automation, and build tool.

• Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Engineering (any), or related; and

• 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.

• Must include 5 years of experience in each of the following:

• Designing, automating, and maintaining large scale, enterprise-wide web applications using Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot;

• Developing and consuming web services including different technologies and standards including SOAP and REST;

• Designing and implementing application software using Eclipse and build tools including Maven and Ant;

• Working knowledge on database SQL and Oracle;

• Designing test-driven automation frameworks using middleware technologies SOAPUI; and,

• Engineering and designing continuous integration, continuous deployment, GIT source control, Jenkins automation, and build tool.
