SR Compensation Manager – Cambridge, MA
As US Senior Compensation Manager you’ll be responsible for developing, analyzing and defining compensation strategies that align with business needs, while interfacing with Global Rewards, Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition.
Your role:
Rewards Program & Strategy Design: Develop and implement compensation programs, policies, and practices to attract, motivate, and retain talent. Collaborate with leaders to align rewards strategies with business goals.
Client Support & Consultation: Provide expert advice on compensation matters to stakeholders, offering innovative solutions for employee attraction and retention while ensuring alignment with long-term strategies.
Benchmarking & Compliance: Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness, maintain internal equity, and ensure compliance with global standards and legal requirements.
Annual Compensation Review & Process Optimization: Manage the ACR process, including budgeting, system optimization, and process improvements, ensuring efficiency, data integrity, and alignment with strategic goals.
Budgeting & HR Analytics: Oversee rewards budgeting and planning, perform cost reviews, and leverage HR analytics to guide decision-making and optimize the rewards function.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 7+ years of relevant experience in rewards, including compensation, benchmarking, HR analytics, process improvement, and familiarity with grading/job evaluation methodologies. Proven record of process improvements, cost savings, and maintaining low error rates.
Your skills include problem-solving, process improvement and operational execution, ability to navigate and influence within a global, complex matrix organization and proficiency in handling confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
You’re a team player, and customer-focused. Adaptable, driven, creative, and diligent with the ability to learn on the fly. You also have strong organizational agility, reliability, and ability to handle ambiguity. Effective at influencing, engaging stakeholders globally, and aligning with business needs.
