Product Industrialization Engineer
In this role as aProduct Industrialization Engineer, you will focus primarily on releasingnew products into manufacturing. In addition, you will play a key role in developing newmanufacturing processes and implementing process controls.
Your role:
- Work collaboratively with R&D and operations to develop new processes
- Work with the R&D team to optimize new designs for manufacturability
- Transfer new transducer designs from R&D into manufacturing.
- Provide technical support to resolve manufacturing and quality problems,including yield and nonconforming product.
- Identify, analyze, and implement cost reduction solutions using leanmanufacturing techniques to improve product cost structure.
- Develop and execute design and process verification activities, includingstatistical analysis, similarity, and testing.
- Identify, specify, and coordinate installation and validation of new manufacturing
You're the right fit if:
- B.S. in Mechanical, Industrial, Biomedical Engineering or related field
- 1+years of practical experience applying engineering principles in a manufacturingenvironment - internship held is preferred
- Experience in a regulated environmentpreferred
- Experience with the validation, documentation, and manufacturing of medicaldevicesis preferred
