Responsibilities:

• Validation of loan documentation for accurate trade settlements
• Validation of loan commitments, interest payments, and fee payments
• Manage trade settlements in internal systems
• Report Monitoring and reconciliations
• Train the team on various procedures, policies and processes
• Provide supervisory oversight on our various processes
• Input wire instructions while attending to dual controls
• Analysis and resolution of operational problems
• Involvement in ad hoc projects for new processes or industry initiatives
• Breaks investigation and resolution.

Required Qualification:

• 1 year of experience in trade reconciliation on transaction management or operations within financial or corporate settings.
• Presentable, confident and client focused.
• Excellent communications skills and proficiency withnumbers/calculations.
• Ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
• Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds.
• Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised. Candidate will be able to manage own time and know when to escalate.
• Knowledge of Operational Risk Strong Excel Skills
