What You'll Do
represent TD Insuranceas an Auto Claims Advisorand coordinating a claim from start to finish
No matter where you work at TDyour work will involve a range of complexity and may include the following accountabilities:
claims from start to finish: Arrange towing, set up appraisals and outline to the customer the extent of their coverage under the terms of their
organizeand verify required information and documentation from all available sources to ensure a thorough and complete compilation of facts to resolve
Reconcile estimates from new and preferred vendors to ensureappropriate settlementsare reached for damages sustained to a customer's
objectivesbymaintaininga positive file count and open/close
with internal partners and stakeholders as well asexternal vendors such as Enterprise and repair shops (e.g.,TDAutoCentrepartners, our direct repair partnernetworkandnon-preferred shops)
