About the role

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute a long-term vision for global ad measurement and analytics across PayPal, Venmo, and Honey.

  • Develop first-party measurement products showcasing PayPal’s value to advertisers.

  • Forge strategic partnerships and integrations with third-party measurement and research providers across regions and markets

  • Work with sales, operations, and engineering leadership to create impactful solutions that meet business objectives and drive revenue

  • Partner with marketing and communications leadership to leverage measurement products for go-to-market strategies, press activity, and thought leadership.

  • Foster relationships with research and analytics product leaders at agencies, advertisers, and ad tech partners to understand market needs

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years in data and ad product development

  • Demonstrated success in scaling and leading high-performing global measurement and analytics functions

  • Excellent track record developing and launching data and measurement products

  • Strong proficiency in data visualization tools, dashboard building, and programming languages such as SQL, R, and Python.

  • Deep understanding of statistical methods, machine learning, and measurement frameworks.

  • Exceptionalrelationship-buildingskills with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Fluent financial and business acumen with the ability to manage budgets and forecast accurately.

  • Successful track record building out strategies and partnerships from 0 to 1.

  • Results-oriented, analytical, self-motivated, and a “hands-on” person with a proven ability to meet objectives and targets.

  • Travel required, as necessary, for customer-facing activities and team collaboration.

  • Recognize and understand critical cultural approaches to doing business globally.
