What you'll be doing - Build and own the monetization strategy and vision for our live games with millions of users.
- Plan, create, and implement day-to-day in-game events and promotions to drive growth in key business KPIs.
- Lead the execution of A/B tests on different game features and ad implementations to improve game performance.
- Analyze market trends and transform data findings into actionable recommendations that generate higher monetization performance.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, including Game Design, Game Economy, and Business Analyst, to ensure our vision is fully executed.
What we're looking for - Proven experience in a Product Manager role within the gaming industry.
- A deep understanding of the mobile gaming market, including knowledge of trends and player behavior.
- Strong analytical skills with a methodological approach to data-driven decision-making.
- Proven experience working with software development teams using an Agile methodology.
- A "can-do" attitude and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
