The Senior Infrastructure Engineer will:

• Partner with business and IT leadership teams to ensure effective performance of critical network components, such as routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and other core network infrastructure so that no potential issues go unnoticed.
• Be an energetic, approachable self-starter who is passionate about data and data mining.
• Apply deep technical expertise and problem solving methodologies focused on analysing complex data and systems, anticipating issues and finding ways to mitigate them.
• Exploit the full capabilities of multiple Network Monitoring tools to deliver visually appealing and organized network analytics across different personas which include executives, product leaders and engineers.
• Develop and implement proactive activities such as automation, AIOps, and intelligent alerting mechanisms.

Qualification and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, statistics or similar data science focus is preferred.
• One or more Professional level certifications – AWS, Cisco, Palo Alto, Zscaler.
• 8+ years exposure to a large global network infrastructure of Routers, switches, SD-WAN, WiFi, Firewalls, etc.
• 8+ years experience with two or more of the following network monitoring, reporting and observability tools: Sev-One, ThousandEyes, Moogsoft, Dynatrace, NetBrain, ELK.
• 8+ years experience with data visualization tools including Tableau, Spotfire, Power BI, Grafana or equivalent.
• Strong experience in building actionable dashboards in any of the BI Platforms.
• Experience in writing SQL queries to understand or build dashboards.
• Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Java, JavaScript, Python, etc.
• Passionate about data and good data evangelist.
