Tax Technology Services Analyst (National Tax - Indirect Tax) (Senior) (Multiple Positions) (1526340), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Chicago, IL.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Law, Management Information Systems, Tax, or a related field and 2 years of work experience in tax process improvement. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Law, Management Information Systems, Tax, or a related field and 1 year of work experience in tax process improvement.

Must have 1 year of experience in IT solution design and development.

Must have 1 year of experience with process analysis tools, process mapping, and flow chart diagramming

Must have 1 year of experience with data workflow and one of the following analytics software: Alteryx or PowerBI.

Must have 1 year of technology experience working with Microsoft Excel or Access in a tax or accounting-related context.

Must have 1 year of experience programming in Visual Basic, Visual Basic for Applications, SQL, .Net, or Java.

Must have 1 year of experience working in Indirect Tax, or State and Local Tax (SALT).

Domestic travel required up to 50%, to serve client needs.
