Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Repair and overhaul (Disassemble, Clean, Inspection, Assemble and test) on Honeywell APU Accessories LRUs, such as Electrical components (Sensors, Switches, Digital Memory Module - DMM programming) and harnesses (Harness Connectorreplacement).
• Operate and maintain company provided measuring apparatus, tools and equipment.
• Perform 5S and TPM on work area, tooling and equipment.
• Ensures that work carried out meets the required quality as stated in the respective engine manuals and technical documents.
• Comply with company HSE rules and procedures.

MUST HAVE:

• Must have at least a NTC Aerospace Technology/ Engineering certificate or higher.
  
• Minimum 1.5 years’ experience in Aerospace/ Oil & Gas / Manufacturing Industries
• Experience in conducting Disassembly & Cleaning for Electrical components (Sensors, Switches, Digital Memory Module - DMM programming) and harnesses (Harness Connector replacement).
• Basic computer skills
• Able to read, write and communicate in English.

Committed and willing to work long hours.

Strong mechanical knowledge.

Must be able to interpret blueprint drawings and use of engine manuals and/or publications

Preferably with analytical knowledge and computer literate.

Initiates & implements continuous improvement activities to improve productivity and quality.
