TheAccount Technology Strategist -Financial Services Industry
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 4+ years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, business consulting, practice building, or related technical/sales experience
OR equivalent experience
Preferred qualifications:
4+ years experience in relevant customer industry
4+ years experience in digital transformation, or using technology to drive customer business outcomes
Responsibilities
Customer Technology Strategy Leadership : The ATS leads the development of the customer's technology strategy, ensuring alignment with their business goals. They deliver and refresh the technical portion of the account plan, including a clear 3-Horizon plan
Technical Relationship Development : The ATS co-owns, manages, and develops relationships with key customer stakeholders such as CTOs, CDOs, CIOs, and CISOs. They leverage these relationships to develop deep strategic engagements that positively impact the customer's business
AI and Security Integration : The ATS integrates AI and security into the customer's technology strategy, ensuring proficiency in AI through recommended training and learning courses. They create AI plans that align with customer business outcomes and integrate security into these plans
Strategic Business Conversations : The ATS engages in strategic business conversations with customers, understanding their future state, current state, and the journey between them. They ask the right questions to understand customer needs and avoid making assumptions
